How we handle your details
Form submissions are stored in the website’s database and sent to our business email address. We do not use an external customer relationship management (CRM) system at this stage. If that changes, we will update this page.
Who receives your data
- Hostinger, which hosts the website and our email.
- Google (Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager) and Meta Platforms (Meta Pixel): only if these tools are enabled on the site, and only after you accept analytics or marketing cookies.
- The local property professional you are introduced to: only with your consent. They may pay us a fee for the introduction.
International transfers
Google and Meta may process data in the United States. These transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, Standard Contractual Clauses. Other data is processed within the European Economic Area.
How long we keep it
- Guide subscribers: until you unsubscribe, or 24 months after your last interaction with us.
- Property enquiries: 24 months after our last contact with you.
- Consent records: for as long as we keep the related data, and for up to 3 years after that.
Your rights
You can ask for access to, correction, deletion or portability of your data, object to or restrict its use, and withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier processing. Write to info@discovermijas.com.
You can also complain to a supervisory authority: the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon), www.aki.ee (opens in a new tab), or the data protection authority in your country of residence.
